Resourcing Group opens in Reading

Resourcing Group, Human Capital Investment Group’s fastest growing company showed its ongoing commitment to the Home Counties by launching a new Reading office in June.

Based at Dukesbridge House, Resourcing Group’s recruitment specialists will cover five key areas within construction, property, IT, accounting and finance.

The opening of the new office is a result of Resourcing Group’s rapid growth over the past year, especially in Berkshire and Oxfordshire where business growth signs look very promising for the local labour market with more local job opportunities opening up.

It is also part of the company’s aggressive expansion strategy that will allow them to develop key client relationships whilst penetrating new markets across a wider geography.

The office is lead by Resourcing Group Associate Director, Mark Stratton, who has over 14 years of recruitment experience working within the Home Counties.

“Reading is currently a very vibrant and exciting marketplace to be located in,” Mr Stratton said.

“Local employers and jobseekers deserve direct access to recruitment specialists who understand exactly where the opportunities exist and have an extensive network of contacts.

“Opening this office with extremely experienced consultants demonstrates our significant commitment and ongoing investment into this expanding area. We look forward to working closely with local employers and jobseekers in the future.”

CEO of Resourcing Group, Jason Bowler said that he was delighted to have launched a new office in Reading.

“Resourcing Group has grown significantly in the past year and this is just the start of our considerable expansion plans into new markets and locations across the UK,” Mr Bowler explained.

“It is also a great testament to the strength of the Resourcing Group brand in the marketplace that we are able to start an office with such a high level of talent and experience, led by a true leader in Mark Stratton. I have every confidence they will help us achieve our expansion objectives and look forward to working with them.”

Despite only being open for a few months, consultants from the Reading Office have already been highly successful, with trades and labour recruitment specialists Chris Spurdle and Ollie Oulds recently winning major site projects with multiple temporary working arrangements.

Jon Kelson and Ian Crosby, specialise in permanent recruitment with over 16 years’ experience between them. They have recently secured Resourcing Group onto nine Preferred Supplier Lists and are in the process of winning two RPOs.

Resourcing Group are also looking to add to their specialist recruitment teams. If you have experience within the above sectors and would like to join a rapidly growing company with exciting expansion plans, please contact any of the team today.
